Law Courts regularly call on Hebert Expertises to help in their judgement. In June 2016, the “High Court of Paris” established the terms of eviction compensation in the context of an expropriation based on a report produced by Hebert Expertises. In October 2011, the Versailles Court of Appeal used our expertise to determine the sale price of an emphyteutic leased property. In May 2013, in the context of a forced sale by auction, the Nancy Court of Appeal rendered its conclusions on the base of market value of a property determined by Hebert Expertises.
